Pido Dida: Sabay Tayo star Aquino and her medical team tried their best to fly Houston to save her life and her organs.

Aquino, 52, confirmed and addressed her health update and diagnosis rumors to the public, saying:

The gossip regarding I am dying and confined in the ICU is a bit too advanced.

Let me make it clear, just because you (referring to the haters and other medias) want me dead already will not make me weak. Well, I am not dead yet. I am going to fight this to stay alive.

Doctors say that autoimmune conditions mistakenly attack someone’s healthy body organs and tissues as foreign viruses attack them. 

The conditions types include Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriasis, Lupus, and Psoriatic arthritis. 

People with autoimmune conditions must take care of their organs as it can cause swelling and inflammation in joints and other body parts.

Is Kris Aquino In The Hospital?

Kris Aquino’s followers got yet another update from the star following a month after she last posted about her health status.

Fortunately, Aquino is in the United States and pursuing her treatment under the best medical facilities.

Kris shared a snip of a document in her social media post. The document showed the United States Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

In short, the exposed document helps her to secure a longer stay in the United States.

Aquino announced that she would now receive her immunotherapy treatment. The treatment uses the same medicine as chemotherapy but at lower doses.

Also, her therapy is expected to last at least 10 months.

Kris’s post’s caption includes her gratitude to the Philippines call center agents as her sons are being looked after with compassion by the agents.

Despite not knowing them personally, the agents are faithfully doing their job. Also, the TV host shared her desire to pay them back in the coming days.

Aquino’s first round of immunotherapy was a long-running struggle with her autoimmune conditions, which she described as “life-threatening.

In June previous year, Kris revealed that she suffered from EGPA (Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis), also known as Churg-Strauss.
