Chad Dele And Coach Navi Gacho Family Explored

The Philippine esports community was shocked and dismayed after learning about the death of not one but two Mobile Legends: Bang Bang personalities. Ivan Emmanuel Gacho, better known as “Coach Navi,” and Charles Dave “Chad” Dela Pena were respected figures in the esports world.

RSG Ignite head coach Navi was a man wise beyond his years. Though he was only in his early twenties, he had accomplished what an experienced esports pro could have. Likewise, Chad Dela, a former Nexplay EVOS boot camp manager, was a senior mentor to the known players John Paul “H2Wo” Salonga and Renejay “Renejay” Barcarse.

Unfortunately, both legends are no more, and the entire Philippine esports community is mourning their passing. As there is relatively little information about them (besides their esports accomplishments), fans have been eager to unravel information about Chad Dela and Coach Navi’s family.

Well, from what we could find out, Ivan Gacho’s brother is Isidro Erickson L. Gacho III. It was he who informed of his brother’s passing via fatal arrhythmia in a FB post. He also asked for people’s help to pay his late sibling’s medical bill.

Furthermore, Isidro provided his and Elizabeth L. Gacho (likely their mother)’s phone numbers. There have not been many updates on whether the Gacho family received any financial support or not.

On the other hand, Chad Dela Pena’s father, mother, and other family members’ information have not been revealed. The family is likely avoiding the limelight and staying off the media radar. As this is a period of grief and pain for them, we must respect Pena’s family’s decision to maintain a low profile.

There might also be curiosities about whether Chad and Ivan were related to each other. But that’s not the case, and they were only involved in the Philippine esports community together. In addition, Chad and Coach Navi’s death dates being close is nothing but a tragic occurrence.

We send heartfelt condolences to Coach Navi and Chad Dele Pena’s family.
