A week ago, the man himself disclosed the news of Arnaud Robert Accident via his social media, where he talked about the healing process.

He mentioned that the accident occurred a year ago when he was taking a stroll in the Alps to rejuvenate and change the pace of his life from day-to-day work.

He then addressed that a tiny piece of ice caused him to fall, leading to a significant change in his life as he sustained a major injury.

Arnaud’s healthy life of traveling worldwide ended when he became a victim of Tetraplegia, a medical condition where the individual experiences paralysis in all four limbs and the torso.

After Arnaud Robert Accident and Paralysis, he took on each day with a determined spirit, focusing on making progress by repeating small gestures to regain control of his body.

He mentioned that he had accepted the fact that Tetraplegia is incurable, and the journey of recovery and rehabilitation has led him to the discovery of a new body and a newfound sense of identity.

For Arnaud, the accident has marked a turning point as they strive to reconcile his inner self with his changed reality.

He is thankful for the support of his loved ones and the memories that serve as a foundation for his future. He sarcastically added that he would go on a world tour in his wheelchair.

Arnaud Robert: A Specialist in Ethnographic Journalism 

Born on December 30, 1976, Swiss Journalist, Arnaud Robert embarked on his career exploring Africa and the Caribbean in search of regional and rare music. 

As Arnaud’s interests expanded, he found himself drawn to the cultural and social aspects of regions like Africa, with a particular focus on Voodoo and contemporary African art.

Arnaud’s writing career began in 1993 when he published his first articles in La Presse Riviera Chablais, a daily newspaper.

He had a brief stint as the editor-in-chief of So Jazz magazine. His articles have been published in several well-known magazines, like Les Inrockuptibles, Vibes, La Repubblica, and Internazionale.

Along with his extensive writing and editing experience, Arnaud is a Journalist for Swiss Radio and Television and has directed documentaries exploring the worlds of music and religion.

Arnaud was involved in the design of the “Vodou – un art de vivre” exhibition, which was held at the Geneva Museum of Ethnography in 2008.

This exhibition was later showcased in cities including Amsterdam, Gothenburg, Berlin, Bremen, and Ottawa.

Arnaud and painter Frédéric Clot worked on a series of distinct books called “Hors-Bord,” published over three years from 2009 to 2012.
