Police have revealed MSU shooting suspect photo. He was named a suspect in the shooting that occurred overnight.

A suspect in the nighttime shooting at Michigan State University is Anthony Dwayne McRae.

After Anthony’s mother passed away following a stroke, McRae was “a mama’s boy” who was “completely lost, “bitter, lonesome, and “extremely angry,” according to his Father, Michael McRae, who conducted a phone interview with CNN on Tuesday morning.

Michael McRae remarked, “Ever since my wife passed away, my son started to change.

“His bitterness was increasing. Bitter and indignant. So furious Evil enraged, He started to let himself go completely. His teeth were disintegrating.

He gave up on shaving his head. He had a wolf man’sman’s appearance. In Lansing, Michigan, Anthony McRae shared a modest home with his Father.

His Father claimed that although his son had previously worked for nearly seven years at a warehouse loading refrigerators into trucks, he was having problems keeping a job and wasn’twasn’t now employed.

According to authorities, the alleged shooter at Michigan State University is Lansing resident Anthony Dwayne McRae, 43. On Monday night at Michigan State University, Anthony Dwayne McRae is accused of shooting eight people, three of whom died.

As of the morning of February 14, three students had passed away, and five others were in grave condition.

According to a law enforcement source informed on the circumstances and spoke to ABC News, McRae died from a self-imposed gunshot wound as Police were closing in.

The insider further stated that two firearms were discovered on the scene and the other in a backpack, along with multiple magazines.

Where Was The Gunman Found?

Interim Deputy Chief Chris Rozman of the Michigan State University Police and Public Safety revealed at a media briefing shortly before 12:30 am on February 14 that McRae was discovered.

Police found him after he shot and killed himself off campus. Four hours had passed since the initial shots-fired alert.

Around 8:30 pm local time, the gunfire started, and the entire University and its surrounding areas were put on lockdown while Police canvassed the neighborhood looking for the shooter.

It was unclear if the culprit had passed away when the Police caught up to him.

Later that morning, at 8 am, Police held a press conference and mentioned McRae by name.

However, in the meanwhile, a widespread online scam that used images of a person unrelated to the incident to falsely identify the suspect as “Lynn Dee Walker” spread quickly.

In 2019, McRae was detained and accused of breaking the law illegally by carrying a concealed weapon.

Later, he admitted to having a loaded gun and was sentenced to an 18-month probationary period.

In 2018, the Police discovered that McRae was carrying a loaded semi-automatic weapon with a magazine in his breast pocket.

When McRae confirmed that he lacked a license to carry a concealed weapon, the officer detained him.

McRae got a probationary period of one year at first, which was later increased to one and a half years. According to the court files, McRae was released from probation in May 2021.

His sister claims that he was socially isolated and became “evil angry” after his mother passed away.
